Doris Ann (Luster) Raiford

Doris Raiford was born March 12, 1949 to Ulysses and Bernice Luster in Bragg City, Missouri.  At the age of 68, God called Doris home after a long journey.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and wife.  She is preceded in death by both parents, her husband Andrew, her brother Ulysses Jr, and one sister Agnes Luster.

Doris lived most of her life in the Bootheel of Missouri where she met and married her husband Andrew.  They were married on May 13, 1990 and resided in Homestown, Missouri.  She moved to Wardell, Missouri for several years and later to Ozark, Missouri to be closer to her children.  Doris was a loving mother, excellent cook and had a giving heart.

Doris leaves a legacy of four children: Sherry(Samuel) Holland of Ozark, Missouri, Aniecesia Luster of Springfield, Missouri, Cardell Luster of Springfield, Missouri, Bernice Luster of Ozark, Missouri and fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren; four brothers, Henry (Joyce) Luster of East St. Louis, Illinois, Anthony Luster of East St. Louis, Illinois, Johnny Luster of Caruthersville, Missouri, Leonard (Towanda) Luster of Cakohia, Illinois; four sisters, Shirley (Lafayette) Ellis of Kennett, Missouri, Alice Luster of Caruthersville, Missouri, Gloria Luster of Caruthersville, Missouri and Trussie Luster of Caruthersville, Missouri.
