Eddie Lee Spriggs, III

Eddie (Taylor) was born to Eddie Lee and Catherine (Peggy) Spriggs in Hayti, MO on September 1, 1974.  Catherine recalls, Taylor being a free spirit in life, he loved the outdoors.  He received his General Education Diploma (GED) and welding certificate from vocational trade school located in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Taylor enjoyed fishing, listening to country music, dancing, joking with his nephews, spending time with his dad, big brother, children and scaring his sisters with creeping crawling insects as well as fixing mechanical things.

Many times Eddie would lone for his twin brother, he talked often about the things they would do, and places they would go then he would end the conversation by saying, "I have to live for both of us."

Taylor is survived by his two oldest children: Patricia and Dalisha Smith, one eldest brother, Andrew Lee (Lurie) Rutledge of Hayti, MO; six sisters, Easter Mae (Jesse) Stephens of Tulsa, OK, Leedora (Calvin) Campbell-Taylor of Springfield, MO, Melissa Buchanan of Kansas City, MO, Marshell Spriggs of Rector, AR, Keynoie (Toney) Hayes of Hayti, MO, Janice (James) Spriggs-Taylor of Springfield, MO.

Taylor and his significant other Tracy Burns of twenty plus years, were blessed with seven children from oldest to youngest: Tylor Wooden, Eddie Lee Spriggs IV, Selina Wooden, Devon Burns, Andrew Lee Spriggs, Taylor Braden, Menisha Braden, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

Taylor is preceded in death by his twin brother at birth, maternal and paternal Grandfathers and Grandmothers, Aunts, Uncles and (father) Eddie Lee Spriggs, Jr.
