Marilyn Elaine (Hudson) Shallie

Marilyn Elaine Hudson,  was born May 23,1961 in Hayti, MO to Gus Hudson. Sr. and Magnolia Hudson, she was the thirteenth child of nineteen children born to this union.

Marilyn attended Hayti Central School, was the mother of four children, she worked at White’s and Associates until she became disabled.  She was united in holy matrimony to T.J. Shallie  on September 2, 2004 and she was a member of Cedar Street Missionary Baptist Church.

She loved to go fishing, cooking, spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, traveling to visit family and friends.  She also enjoyed going to BINGO.  She did not hesitate to feed you and was known for her chicken and dressing.  She was a kind hearted and loving person to  everyone she came in contact with.

She departed her earthly life on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Gus Hudson, Jr. and Magnolia Hudson, her siblings, Genevie, Baby Hudson, Levi, Larry, Luther and Henry Hudson.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, T.J.    Shallie of Hayti, MO; her children, Trellene (Pedro) Lloyd of Columbia, MO, Derrick (Monica) Hudson of West Minister, CO, Keisha Hudson (Jamar) of Jefferson City, MO and   Terrance Hudson of Moberly, MO; her grandchildren, Lashawnda, Lil Derrick,Amarione, Lil Al, Peydrionna,      Jabarre andJa’Kyra; foster grandchildren Daniale and Rodquel; her siblings, Jim(Sarah Ann) Hudson and Emma Hudson-Mayberry of Hayti, MO, M.C. (Charlotte) Hudson,Sr. and Carolyn Hudson of Kennett, MO, Ronnie (Diana)     Hudson of Fairbury, NE,   Johnnie (Dorothy) Hudson of Steele, MO, Gus (Patsy)   Hudson, Jr., Willie (Agnes)    Hudson, Georgia Lee Hudson and George Hudson of     Tarpon Springs, FL, Robert (Linda) Hudson of Potosi, MO , and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
