Shep Jackson III

     Shep Jackson III was born November 19, 1956 to the union of Estia M. Jackson and Shep Jackson II in Caruthersville, Missouri.  As a youth he attended Saint Paul  M.B. Church and was very active in school and sports.

     He joined the Army in 1975 and spent 8 years active duty and 12 years in the Army Reserve serving our nation.  He also was a dedicated worker at Trinity Marine for over 20 years.

     Shep married the love of his life, Felicia Stevens on September 19, 1986, and spent 31 years together.  In 1995, they adopted their nephew Brillian Brown.

     He left this earthly world to go to his heavenly home on September 30, 2017 at his home.

     Preceding him in death his loving parents, Estia M. Jackson and Shep Jackson II.

     He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Felicia Jackson; his son, Brillian Brown; one brother, Matthew Henderson (Regina) of Chicago, IL; one nephew, Daniel Henderson of Texas; his mother-in-law, Maxine Stevens of Detroit, MI; a brother-in-law , William    Stevens; two uncles, Miles Brown of Wardell, MO and Anthony Brown of Detroit, MI; one aunt, Debra Brown of Detroit, MI and a host of other relatives and friends and a special cousin Mary C. Johnson of Caruthersville, MO.
