Annette (Benson) Jones

November 29th, 2015 God called one of his greatest Angels home. Annette Benson Jones was called home to be with the Lord, her mission here in this life is complete and she now begins a new journey. She touched the lives of many, left a wonderful impression on everyone she encountered and her memories will be forever cherished in our hearts.

Annette was born November 17th, 1951 in Blytheville Arkansas to Gazzie and Jennie Bell Benson. She was truly an Angel here on Earth and it is with sadness in our hearts that we let our Angel go to and enjoy the next chapter of her life, and accept the loss of someone who was so dearly to so many. She confessed a love and acceptance for Christ earlier in life, and was a member of Progressive Church of God in Christ. She was a true believer and an inspiration to so many.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents Gazzie and Jennie Bell Benson, her daughter Veronica Aresa Jones, husband Cleo Jones, her sister-in-law Doris Benson, stepfather Sammy Caradine, and Godmother Ms. Olga King She leaves to cherish memory: her sister Jeanette Williams of Blytheville, Arkansas (Gluche Williams), her brother, Gazzie (Bob) Benson of Caruthersville, MO, and her sister Wanda  Benson of South Bend Indiana. She also leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Theresa and James Wiley (Jboy), a son Quontez Larocco Jones. Five grandchildren: Chaddric Dejuan Benson (Tanisha), Domonique Benson, Eydie Hunt, Kaiya Benson, and Veronica (Roxie) Jones.

The children would also like to acknowledge her brother and sister, Gazzie and Jeanette’s’ children: Denise Williams Middlebrook, Bobby Williams, Jo Ann Bell, Tawana Prather, Franklin Williams, Jennifer Wright, and Latorria Wright, Keith Benson, Gary Benson, Belinda Benson, Geraldmaine Benson, Monchello Benson, Arthur Benson, and Devonte Anderson. She also leaves a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and amazing friends.
