Dave Williams

Dave Williams was born November 30, 1939 in Uniontown,   Alabama to Florence “Honey” Hudson (Cornelius Robinson).  Dave confessed his love for God, and although, he didn’t attend church, he knew God.  Dave transitioned from this life on Friday, June 28, 2019 at his home.

He was a sweet soul to all he came in contact with.  He loved people and loved to have fun.  He lead a very exciteful life and was full of joy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Harold  K. Prude and his late wife Jessie Buckner Williams.

Dave leaves to cherish his memory: 2 daughters, Severa Gilbert, Chicago, Illinois and Ramona (John) Bufford, Chicago, Illinois; six step-children, Annette (James) Hunter, Caruthersville, Missouri, Shirleen (Henry) Walker,  Memphis, Tennessee, Earl Buckner and Nathan Buckner, Cincinnati, Ohio, George Wesley  Buckner (Dana), Clarksville, Tennessee and Kenneth Ray Buckner (Sharon), Memphis, Tennessee; one sister, Cherry Murray,     Chicago, Illinois and one brother, Gradie Prude, Chicago, Illinois; several grandchildren, great children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Dave will definitely be missed by Edward, Robert Lee and the crew.
