Dennie Green, Sr.

Dennis Green, the son of Vera Green and Theophilus Rutherford was born on October 10, 1961.  He entered eternal peace on Wednesday August 18, 2021 at 60 years of age.

Dennis Green went to Joe Parkinson High School of Caruthersville, Missouri.  Later, he moved to Columbia, Missouri where he had various careers.  In 2003, Dennis Green married and returned to Southeast Missouri settling in Caruthersville, Missouri.  He took the responsibility of raising his three granddaughters, Aubrey Davis, Diamond Green and Divinity Green and he loved them dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vera Green and Theophilus Rutherford; sister, Evelyn Green; brother, Edward Green; nephews, Leslie Truss, Jr., Antonio Green, and Johnny Jamann Kirby.

Dennis leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Dennis Green, Jr. and Demitri Green of Caruthersville, Missouri; daughter, Denise Hill; six sisters, Virginia Brown (Jack) FL, Joann Roston and Tamika Green of Caruthersville, Missouri, Linda Aughtry (Marcus) of Memphis, Tennessee, Victoria Green of St. Louis, Missouri and Rosetta Agnew of Waynesville, Missouri; five brothers, Willie Green and Larry Green of Caruthersville, Missouri, Johnny Green of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Tony aGreen and Michael Green of Garnd Rapids, Michigan; 15 grandchildren, Makayla Reno, Olivia Green, Dontrez Hill, DaMarcus Leech, Meyuntoe Davis, Donmeshia Hill, Raymeshia Brown, Denise Hill, Taquan Hill, Daimontae Hill, Carlisha Hill, Alicia Crawford; a host of other relatives and friends.
