Frederick Earl Payne

Rejoice everyone, for Frederick Earl Payne, Sr. has gone home.  He took a laugh that we will all miss.  On October 27, 1982 our family was blessed with a very special young man, Frederick.  On August 8, 2020 God called Frederick home.  He gave his life to Christ and     became a member of Tabernacle of Love in 2017.

He has gained his wings with  his grandparents, Edith Payne, Willie Payne, Gertrude Brown, Eddie B. Joyner, Ruby Polk and his baby sister, Jessica Rena Payne.  They all preceded him in death.

He touched a lot of people lives with his spirit he brightened up the room.  That spirit will always be with his parents, Brenda Rowe and Jackie Rowe and his father Freddie Earl Joyner; his children, Frederick Earl Payne, Jr., Calvont’e Payne, Fred Shawn Payne and Ni’Yondra Payne; his siblings, Freddie Earl Payne, Jr., Roshelle Marie Keitt (Alex), Jackie Keith Payne all of Hayti, Missouri, Latasha Benfer of Topeka, Kansas and Courtland Joyner (Belinda) of Las Vegas, Nevada a special friend, Annie Hamilton and a lot of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
