George G McIntyre

George McIntyre  was born on February 27, 1962 in Tallahatchie, MS to the late Lue (McIntyre) Green who later married Milton Green whom he called his father.  He departed this life on July 15, 2015 at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett, MO at the age of 53.

     He moved to Hayti, MO in 1963 where he attended school.  One of George’s hobbies was to collect baseball cards.  He always did odds and ends jobs.  George was a very kindhearted man and well known by many.  He was at National Health Care only a couple of weeks, but in those weeks so many loved him.

     George was preceded in death by his parents, Lue and Milton Green; and two brothers, Cleveland Green and Sammy Green..

     He leaves to cherish his memory: nine children, five daughters and four sons: Teresa Sykes and Latisha McIntyre both of Kennett, MO, Millie Sykes of Cape Girardeau, MO, Ada Sykes of Homestown, MO, Brenee McIntyre of Malden, MO, Victor (Callie) Anderson and Terrell McIntyre both of Malden, MO, Demarcus and George McIntyre both of Kennett, MO; five sisters: Patricia McIntyre, Verna Green, Victoria Green, and Cynthia Green all of Kennett, MO, and Annie Green of St. Louis, MO; two brothers: Milton Green of Bismarck, MO and Eldon Green of Hayti, MO; 17 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom he cared for dearly.
