Larry Wayne Davis

Larry Wayne Davis was born December 5, 1970 in Hayti, MO to Thomas Curtis Edwards and Elois Jean Davis.  He departed this life peacefully on April 24, 2015 at his home.

Larry was preceded in death by his brother Andre DeShawn Davis.

Larry was raised in Caruthersville where he attended Caruthersville High School.  He later moved to Jefferson City where he married Jennet (McDowell) Davis on March 22, 1996 and attended Great Mercy Apostolic Church.

Larry was a loving and caring man, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.  He will be remembered most for the way he loved and adored his children.  He not only raised his children, but also his step-children, as well.  Larry loved to DJ, being around family and friends, talking about people, and making people laugh. Most of all he loved eating and listening to his music really, really loud.

Larry leaves to cherish his loving memory: eleven children: Larry Wayne Davis, Jr., Lacreesha Davis, Latrice Davis, Jai Dawness Hunt, Andre Davis, Dameon Davis, Breonna Harris, Dontae Galbreath, Kevon Kemp, D'Larrieon Davis, and D'Cajuan Stapleton; his parents, Thomas Curtis Edwards and Elois Jean Davis; six siblings: Curtis (Cynthia) Davis, Tamecca (Terry) Garner, Alphonso Davis, Dontay Edwards, Anthony (Kendra) Edwards, and Byron Davis; ten grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
