Lue E. Starks

     Lue E. Starks was born on November 18, 1946 to the  union of Robert and Lue Ida Malone in Earle, Arkansas.  She         departed this life on July 20, 2016 at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti, MO.

       She accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of Israel of God Church in Hayti, MO.  She worked   private duty in healthcare.

       She married Thomas Starks in June 1966 and to this five children were born.  He preceded her in death.

She  leaves to cherish her memory: her five children, Teresa Starks of Caruthersville, MO, Thomas Starks, Jr. of Caruthersville, MO, Reginald Starks of Caruthersville, MO, Corey Starks of Phoenix, AZ and Denise Starks of Caruthersville, MO; thirty-five grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren , nieces and nephews .
