Stephen Lenson, Sr.

Stephen Lenson, Sr., the son of the late Percy Cannon  and Frances Lenson Cannon  was born August 31, 1960, in Hazelhurst, Mississippi.  He made his transition from his earthly home to his heavenly home December 22, 2017 at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital.

He worked at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems also at the Caruthersville Compress.

He was a very friendly person always smiling and joking around.  He lived life to the fullest and loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Frances Cannon.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Three children, Stephen Lenson, Jr.,  Nukysha Miller of St. Louis, Missouri and Stephanie Lenson of Union City , Tennessee; four grandchildren, one great grandchild; four brothers, Charles Henry Lenson, Kevin Cannon, Percy Cannon, Jr. both of Kansas City, Kansas and Alfonzo Brock; cousins, Jeannie and Jimmy Whitley,  Jimmy Lenson  all of Memphis, Tennessee and a number of nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
